Last week we did artwork .The name of the artwork was called color mixing picture. The colors were red, blue, yellow and green. We used shapes and black stripes. We finished them. Kayla comes in often to help us with different things. We like when Kayla comes to help us. My favorite science experiment is where we use food coloring, oil, water, salt and a glass. We first put water in the glass then a drop of food coloring in the glass then it turned all red. Then we added one table spoon of oil we added salt to. The red food coloring went to the bottom and the oil went to the top. The oil went to the bottom and then back to the top. We put it in the freezer .

This week we did lolly experiment. My favourite part was when the lollies went yellow and red and green and orange and went into quarters. We left them overnight and they turned one colour.

What if we put warm water?
What if we put oil in?
We were also learning to ask better questions.

Ronald MacDonald

On Monday we went to the Parish Centre. Ronald MacDonald was telling us about road safety. The three words he told us were Stop,Look and Listen. He was trying to find his sock. His sock was on his back all the time. Mrs MacDonald read the story. Ronald MacDonald had red and white clothes. When he found his sock he looked at it. It was a sock puppet.
